Answers to the most common questions about Easy Bot Cloud.
What is Easy Bot Cloud?
Easy Bot Cloud is a full bot suite for the game client - CaveBot, Targeting, Healing, Looting, Conditions and custom Scripts. Your configuration lives in the cloud and is tied to your account, so it follows you between sessions.
What is the difference between the Core, Pro and Elite licenses?
Core (Desktop) unlocks the full bot configured from the desktop app. Pro (Web) adds Remote Control from any browser - run the bot and change configs from anywhere, no desktop app needed. Elite adds the premium extras: a live view of your character in the browser, AI auto-replies and Discord notifications.
What exactly does the bot do while I am away?
CaveBot walks your recorded route and hunts; Targeting picks and chases monsters; Healing and Conditions keep you alive and cure poison, curse or paralyze; Spells keep haste and buffs up; Looting collects what you told it to. When supplies run low the bot heads back, sells loot, deposits gold, buys new supplies and returns to the hunt - the full round trip, not just the fighting part.
Is Easy Bot Cloud safe to use? Can it be detected?
The bot drives the client the way a player does. Mouse paths curve, clicks land on slightly different pixels and keystrokes carry natural jitter, so nothing about the timing repeats itself. There is also an anti-GM watchdog that reacts to a game master appearing near you, an unexpected private message or a player walking into your hunt. That said, using automation may break the rules of the server you play on, and no bot can promise you will never be banned - you use it at your own risk.
How many characters can I run?
Your account holds 5 cloud profiles, each with its own waypoints, targeting rules, healing setup and scripts. Switch between them from the desktop app or, on Pro and Elite, from the browser.
Do I need a license to download the app?
Yes. The installer on the Download page unlocks once you sign in with Google and have an active license (Core or higher). The panel keeps itself updated afterwards, so you only download it once.
How do updates work? Do I pay for them?
Updates are free for the whole time your license is active. The panel checks for a new version every time you launch it, downloads it, verifies the file and restarts itself - there is nothing to reinstall by hand.
How do license durations and discounts work?
You can buy 15 days, 1 month or 3 months. Longer terms are cheaper: versus the 15-day rate, 1 month saves up to 17% and 3 months up to 28%.
How do I buy a license?
Open the Premium page, pick a plan and a duration, then click Buy. You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout to pay by card.
How is my license activated after payment?
Automatically. Once Stripe confirms the payment your account is upgraded within seconds - there are no codes to enter. Refresh the page if it does not show up immediately.
Do licenses expire?
Yes, a license is active for the period you bought. Buying again while it is still active extends it - the new time is added on top of your current expiry date.
What happens if I minimize the game while Live view is open?
Live (Elite only) requests a screenshot of your game window about every 30 seconds. If the game is minimized, Loader asks Windows to restore it without activating it so the frame can be captured. Loader does not intentionally focus the game, but Windows or the game client may still bring the restored window to the foreground. Loader leaves it restored after capture. For the least interruption, keep the game restored behind other windows. After you leave Live view, capture expires within about 45 seconds.
How do I set up Discord notifications?
Discord notifications are Elite only. In Discord, open the server or channel you want the alerts in, go to Edit Channel - Integrations - Webhooks, click New Webhook, give it a name, then Copy Webhook URL. Paste that URL into the Notifications panel of the Alarms tab and switch on the alerts you want - Life/Mana, Creature, Message, Captcha, Anti GM or Player Attack. Alerts are sent while AlarmBot is ON. You need Manage Webhooks permission on the server, so use your own server if you are not an admin elsewhere. Discord's own guide to webhooks
How do I write my own scripts?
Open the Scripts page for the full client API with examples. In the Scripts tab you register macros with macro(intervalMs, 'Name', fn); each macro becomes a toggle and runs on its interval while switched on. For a script containing one macro, enable Icon and enter item ID plus X/Y position to add a 40 x 40 in-game icon that toggles that macro and displays ON or OFF. Pass status to easybot_module inside the callback when a bot module or Tools toggle should follow the same ON/OFF state as the macro.
Why don't easybot_keyboard / easybot_mouse work in my script?
The external keyboard and mouse functions post input to the game window, but the client only reacts to them while its window has focus. Keep the game window focused (in the foreground) for easybot_keyboard and easybot_mouse to work.
Which game client is supported?
Easy Bot Cloud targets the OTClient-based client. The functions available to your scripts come straight from the client's own Lua API.
Which payment methods are supported?
Card payments through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Licenses are digital content and activate immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right ends the moment your license goes live. We still refund on goodwill if the Service is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, or if you bought the wrong tier by mistake and have not really used it - see the Refund Policy for the details.
I bought a license but nothing changed. What now?
Refresh the page first - activation takes a few seconds after Stripe confirms the payment. If it still does not show up, email support@easybotcloud.com from the address you sign in with, or ping us on Discord, and include the purchase date and tier.
