Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Who we are
EasyBot Cloud is operated from Poland by a private individual selling to consumers. Contact for all matters, including complaints and withdrawal notices: support@easybotcloud.com.
The full identity and postal address of the seller are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay and on the receipt Stripe sends you after payment. You can also request them at any time by emailing support@easybotcloud.com and we will send them within 14 days.
Buying a license or using the Service means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. We may update them; changes are posted with a new date.
2. What you buy
A time-limited license to EasyBot Cloud: the desktop application, cloud-synced configurations and, depending on the tier, the browser panel, live preview, AI replies and Discord notifications. Tiers are Core, Pro and Elite, for 15 days, 1 month or 3 months.
Prices are shown on the Premium page and at checkout, in EUR or PLN. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card details. The license activates as soon as payment succeeds. Buying again while a license runs extends it, and a higher tier upgrades you immediately.
3. Withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase, counted from the day you buy. Details and the model form are in the Refund Policy.
4. If something does not work
Ask us to fix it. If we cannot fix it in reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get money back for the unused part. Email support@easybotcloud.com with your account email and purchase date; we answer within 14 days. Apart from this, the Service is provided as is - game updates can break features until we ship a fix.
5. Risk, use and liability
Automation may break the rules of the game or server you play on and can get your game account banned. That is your risk. EasyBot Cloud is an independent tool, not affiliated with any game publisher.
Do not attempt to bypass security or integrity controls, patch, modify, debug, reverse engineer, decrypt or otherwise hack the desktop application, Loader, Hook or Service. Do not share or resell licenses, or overload our infrastructure. We may record integrity evidence, flag the account and immediately suspend or terminate the license and access. Where permitted by applicable law, this does not create a right to a refund. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights. Lua scripts run locally on your own responsibility.
We are not liable for lost game accounts, lost virtual items or other losses arising from how you use the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law or under section 4. Polish law applies; as a consumer you keep the mandatory protection of your own country.
