Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is the private individual operating EasyBot Cloud from Poland. Privacy contact: support@easybotcloud.com.
The full identity and postal address of the seller are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay and on the receipt Stripe sends you after payment. You can also request them at any time by emailing support@easybotcloud.com and we will send them within 14 days.
2. What we store, why, and on what basis
- Email address and Google account identifier - to run your account. Basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- License tier, duration, purchase history and payment status - to sell the license and keep records. Basis: contract and legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(b) and (c).
- Your bot configurations - to sync them between your devices. Basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
- Desktop client name, connection status, last-seen time and short-lived server logs with IP address - to run the panel and prevent fraud and license sharing. Basis: contract and legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
Account and billing data are required to sell you a license - without them we cannot enter into the contract. We do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Who else sees it
Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI replies, when you use them), Discord (only your own webhook) and our hosting provider. Some process data outside the EEA, relying on standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Account and configuration data stay while your account exists - email support@easybotcloud.com from your account address and we erase them within 30 days. Purchase records are kept 5 years from the end of the tax year, as tax law requires. Server logs rotate after a short period.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email support@easybotcloud.com from your account address; we answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority - in Poland, UODO in Warsaw.
We may update this policy; changes take effect when posted here with a new date.
