Who sells the licenses

EasyBot Cloud is operated from Poland by a private individual selling to consumers. Contact for all matters, including complaints and withdrawal notices: support@easybotcloud.com.

The full identity and postal address of the seller are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay and on the receipt Stripe sends you after payment. You can also request them at any time by emailing support@easybotcloud.com and we will send them within 14 days.

14-day withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase, counted from the day you buy.

To withdraw, email support@easybotcloud.com before the deadline. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to the method you paid with. The form below is optional.

Refunds we give

  • The Service does not work on your setup and we could not fix it.
  • A fault on our side made it unusable for a meaningful part of your license period.
  • Wrong tier or duplicate purchase, not meaningfully used - tell us within 14 days.

Refunds we do not give

  • Your game account was banned.
  • A game or client changed and a feature stopped working until we shipped a fix.
  • You used the license and changed your mind.
  • You shared, resold or cracked the license, or abused payment services - these also end the account.

Complaints

Email support@easybotcloud.com from the address you sign in with: purchase date, tier and what went wrong. We answer within 14 days. If the Service does not match what we promised, you can ask us to fix it, or ask for a price reduction or a refund for the unused part - whatever else this page says.

Refunds go back through Stripe; banks usually show the money in 5-10 business days. Contact us before opening a chargeback - chargebacks on purchases delivered as described are treated as fraud and end the account.
